A new issue of "Representative Power - 21st Century" (# 5 (September-October), A new issue of "Representative Power - 21st Century" (# 5 (September-October), 2006) has just been released. The main material of the issue is Part 1 of an INTERVIEW WITH CHAIRMAN OF THE SUPREME ATTESTATION COMMISSION (VAK), ACADEMICION OF THE RUSSIAN ACADEMY OF SCIENCES М.P. KIRPICHNIKOV. In the interview M.P.Kirpichnikov answered to numerous questions about the activities of VAK that our magazine receives from scholars, academic and educational institutions. Other important materials of the issue include articles by V. Chirkin on a public collective and power of the people, by Chairman of a Federation Council committee G. Oleynik, as well as by G.
