Participation of representatives of employers' associations and trade unions in the legislative process contributes to the adoption of effective regulations and provides support from society for representative bodies.

Abstract. Studying of a perspective is given within the sociological concept of the right, namely, within a paradigm of structurally functional approach that allows to correlate ideal and wished with real and possible in law-making activity of the modern Russian state.
