Abstract. Legislative activity is expressed in a significant volume of circle processes: the preparation of the concept paper and the draft regulatory legal act, in identifying needs in the legal regulation of certain groups of public relations in determining the direction and nature of the sa constituent regulation. Abstract. The article deals with the activities of the public service in the Prosecutor's office of the Russian Federation. Examines the problem of the service prosecutors as a kind of Federal state service. Analyzed legislation on public service and the public Prosecutor's office. Refuted the erroneous point of view expressed by a number of authors in the scientific literature, classification of service of prosecutors to mind the Federal civil service. Based on this, the author identified the law on Prosecutor's office and public service gaps and inconsistencies in the proposed workarounds and solutions to the identified problems.

Abstract. Lack of knowledge about patsatsia knowledge about risk factors and healthy lifestyle remains the leading cause of disease spread of modernity and high mortality. A high level of awareness of the population ensures the formation of healthy behavior that are important and essential to the preservation of human health. Currently the main sources of information are medical institutions and the media. The latter, according to studies, have a big influence on the person's relationship to their health. The author has identified priority goals and objectives to improve the formation of healthy lifestyle.

Tibilov I.S. Role folklore genres "TAURAG" in the formation of literary story ossetian fiction

Abstract. The term "story" as a designation of the genre short fiction, appears at the beginning of the XX century as a result of the direct influence of Russian literature. At the initial stage of the same, with the advent of writing and the first Ossetian works for prosaic form works instead of the term "story" used the term "taurag", is widely used in the Ossetian folklore. Based on the existing scientific opinion on the aforesaid problem, this paper attempts to study the evolution of the genre of the story in the Ossetian literature. The proposed concept of system analysis prose genres in the Ossetian literature study period makes it possible to some extent fill the existing gap in contemporary literary criticism. The results of the study may be useful in the study of the genesis and evolution of prose in the Ossetian literature in research Writers - fiction writers who stood at the origin of Ossetian literature, as well as teaching students Ossetian literature.

Abstract. This article describes the various methodological approaches to clustering of the regional economy. Practice of formation and development of the cluster showed that the greatest effect can be achieved with the implementation of the cluster policy, acting on the main factors of success of the formation and development of clusters. In the course of this work was obtained conclusion that the further development of the competitiveness of the regions of the Russian Federation will directly depend on the quality of ongoing cluster policy regions.
