Abstract. The Article is devoted to the system of administrative justice Canada. The author dwells on the basic questions of the organization of administrative justice at the Federal level, considering the activities of the specialized quasi-judicial administrative authorities, tribunals, councils, commissions), analyzes the legal status of the Council of Canadian administrative tribunals, explores the role of the courts in ensuring control over the administrative decisions. In addition, attention is drawn to the features of functioning of administrative justice in the provinces of Quebec and British Columbia.

Abstract. This article describes the various methodological approaches to clustering of the regional economy. Practice of formation and development of the cluster showed that the greatest effect can be achieved with the implementation of the cluster policy, acting on the main factors of success of the formation and development of clusters. In the course of this work was obtained conclusion that the further development of the competitiveness of the regions of the Russian Federation will directly depend on the quality of ongoing cluster policy regions.
