Abstract. The paper shows that the developers currently in force of the Federal Law of 25 July 2002 N 114-FZ "On Countering Extremist Activity" does not take into account, firstly, that the existence of a religious society implies not only a certain perception of the world, but its corresponding ability to live; in the second is in the use of the phrase "religious extremism" did not consider it historically formed conceptual (lexical, semantic meaning) values, which only experienced by mental civilization has become a significant part of humanity perceived as extremely negative phenomenon that represents a real threat to peace and security for the world

Abstract. Implementation of new legal practices or approaches usually brings about a set of unforeseen effects. This phenomenon is specifically important in cases where the novel juridical device to be introduced is being borrowed form a jurisdiction pertaining to a different legal system. This paper provides an overview of substantive and practical issues which Russian practicing psychologists would most probably have to deal with in their everyday professional activity if the aforementioned act is brought into force in its present version.

Abstract. In the article dealing with the understanding of such phenomenon as dictatorship the reasons and features of perception of a phenomenon of dictatorship in science and mass consciousness are considered. Inadmissibility of an identification of dictatorship with the concept "tyranny" and the authoritarian and totalitarian regimes are emphased, as well as need of elimination of this terminological confusion as consequences of penetration into science of ideology and returns to its initial treatment and understanding.
