Abstract. On June 21, 2018, President of the Republic of Korea moon Jae-In made a speech to the state Duma.
The article notes all the current events of the President of the Republic of Korea in the Russian Federation. The analysis of his speech in the state Duma is made.
The priorities of bilateral relations between Russia and the Republic of Korea are outlined, the relevance of meetings with the Russian leadership of the country is shown, the importance of trade turnover between the two countries, as well as the development of the Far East with the participation of the Republic of Korea. The possibilities of further cooperation between the two countries are outlined.

Abstract. The article is devoted to the conditions of detention of religious extremists and terrorists in places of deprivation of liberty. Based on an analysis of the ideological, psychological and behavioral characteristics of people who embarked on the path of religious extremism and terrorism, the necessity of their isolated solitary confinement in places of deprivation of liberty is substantiated. A legal solution is provided for the problems of isolated solitary confinement of persons convicted of religious extremism and terrorism in the criminal executive system of Russia.

Abstract. The article is devoted to contemporary problems of information security of the European Union countries and their cooperation with the international community in this important area, as well as on combating cybercrime in Europe. Realizing the importance of media freedom on the Internet, the author focuses on the fact that the information sphere should be open, but it does not relieve management of the EU Member States and institutions of power the Community from the obligation to create a predictable, transparent and non-discriminatory policies in the field of public relations the basis of the legal framework and ethical regulators both in individual EU countries, and within the framework of this integration association.

Abstract. Today, when global society made a lot of efforts to fight against climate changes and reduce greenhouse gas pollution, financial instruments that facilitate to aggregate resources for sustainable development goals have a great importance.
Green bonds emission provides for public and financial institutions an opportunity to gain in new macroeconomic situation when climate changes process forces each of us to think closely about ecology. Green bonds practice initiated a next stage in consideration of human-caused ecological abuses and natural resources mismanagement. It is a New Time in Eco Law development when one of the main issues for national government is to create maximum climate and environment guarantees.
Necessity to invest in sustainable development instruments, especially in green bonds, is obvious. The main issue now is how to reach a balance between public and private interest. Investor must gain, state need a help to support sustainable development projects. Balance of interest should be presented by adequate national law regulations and practices based on international law that provides a profit and clear performance to investor with all required guarantees.
Russia today is on the way to sustainable development policy making.

Abstract. In the article author's problematic issues related to the definition of the concept of public-private partnership, as well as contentious issues of interaction between public and private partner. Based on the analysis of the current legislation and analysis of various doctrinal approaches, one can identify the main features of public-private partnerships and propose its definition.
Goal of work: to define the concept of public-private partnership on the basis of features identified by the author through analysis of Russian and European legislation, as well as modern scientific opinions. Research objectives:
1. Analysis of European and doctrinal and regulatory sources that define the notion of public-private partnership.
2. Analysis of the approaches of representatives of the Russian economic science to the definition of the concept of public-private partnership.
3. Analysis of the approaches of representatives of the Russian legal science to the definition of the concept of public-private partnership.
Research methodology: the article used systematic and comparative methods of research.
Results: Studies were carried out to study the European experience of the evolution of the notion of public-private partnership and analyzed the latest scientific opinions that made it possible to determine the main approaches of representatives of economic and legal science to the definition of the concept of public-private partnership at the present stage. On the basis of the selected features, the author's definition of the concept of public-private partnership is given.
Brief conclusions: the obtained research results can be used as recommendations in the organization of the legislative process in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, as well as in the process of interaction of business structures with state and municipal authorities with the purpose of developing their contractual relations.

Abstract. Improving Russia's energy efficiency is a matter of critical importance. In this area, we have accumulated positive experience, developed innovative solutions, equipment and technology, conducted advanced research. Moreover, it is extremely important to increase energy efficiency in the real sector of the economy and infrastructure sectors. The solution to this problem in everyday life is hardly seen as a way of transition of the Russian economy to an innovative model of development.
For enterprises that operate in the context of the economic crisis and the decline in the purchasing power of the population, it is particularly important to sustainable development and expansion of its activities.
Enterprises in the crisis face a number of problems, so the use of self-financing in these conditions gives the company a number of advantages.
As a tool to stimulate energy efficiency of the real sector of the economy, it is proposed to include industrial equipment in the number of products for which the energy efficiency class is established.

Abstract. In the article the author considers competitiveness as a changing phenomenon influenced by the dynamism of socio-economic, political, sociocultural and other conditions of professional activity of collective actors. This requires regulation of the processes of ensuring the competitiveness of stakeholders and the formation of strategies based on the paramount importance of social factors. The conclusion is made that the regulation of the processes of ensuring the competitiveness of collective subjects of professional activity takes place on the basis of socially-oriented strategies, including: vocational training and development of stakeholders, their social responsibility, as well as motivational, adaptive, behavioral, innovative, socio-moral Components. Thus, increasing the competitiveness of collective subjects of professional activity is directly dependent on the formation of socially-oriented strategies and their effective implementation. The obtained research results can be used as recommendations in the process of formation of socially-oriented strategies in order to increase the competitiveness of collective subjects of professional activity.

Abstract. Russian President Vladimir Putin in his Address to the Federal Assembly in March of this year defined the main national development goals of the Russian Federation in the near future. In may of this year, in his Decree, he specified the tasks to achieve the above goals.
In this article the intermediate results of the work of the Council of the Federation to achieve national goals of Russia's development. The specific steps taken by the Federation Council to provide legislative support for the work of the Government of the Russian Federation on the implementation of The presidential Decree are analyzed.

Abstract. The article makes an attempt to analyze the importance of initiatives and policies to provide with education, mentoring, financial tools to create their own business and new jobs under the sign of the "more feminism" movement. Both possible and desirable reactions and actions in the Russian political and women's movement resulted from such policies and experiences. It shows the extent to which the main features of this general process in the western countries and Russia are identical, despite the enormous features of the latter in the structure and content of feminist and gender problems, in the stylistics and approaches to managing these processes. Typically for the modern world in this process is the fact that the unified consortium of leading countries, their leaders, world financial and research centers, the international bureaucracy, announcing once again the strategy of supporting businesswomen in developing economies, forms a new "economic and commodity" policy and become beneficiaries of economic and reputational benefits and preferences. It is concluded that if the policies pursued in this field are striking in contradictions and incongruities, then the same policy is effective in most cases, attractive for many groups of women in many countries related to the feminist movement and economy, and beneficial for global financial centers, politicians and donor states. Creative, reasonable and selective use of positive strategies and technologies of such policy is an actual political task at the present stage of Russia's development, for business and public business organizations, and the all-Russian women's movement.

Abstract. Since the leadership change in China in November 2012, there have been significant changes in the Chinese foreign policy. Under Xi’s leadership, Beijing policy toward Russia became more amiable. This paper aimed to find how TASS is covering the relationship between the leaders of Russia and China. The author collected and analyzed data from TASS web-site in Russian language by the method of content analysis. The amount of news about the two leaders’ relationship was more than 600 news articles in five years. It was concluded that the friendship between Putin and Xi is built on integrity, trust and honesty.
