Announcement. Special Issue (73). Special issue of the magazine «Representative Power – XXI Century” was released in the beginning of 2007. It includes publications on problems of theory and history of state and law by N.N. Arzamaskin, D.S. Tal’niko, A.G. Makarenko and M.A. Mentyukov.
We would also like to draw your attention to articles on human rights by T.L. Komarova, A.V. Podolsky, I.M. Rassolov and N.Z. Hazaryan, and on theory of law by T.A. Melnichenko, R.L. Khachaturov, D.G. Zaryan and I.A. Mikhailov.
