September 3, 2007. STATE DUMA BEGINS ITS FINAL, AUTUMN SESSION
 The current State Duma has started its final, autumn session. Elections are scheduled for December 2, after which a new State Duma will begin work.
This Monday was the first workday of deputies of the State Duma, however the fall session will officially open on Tuesday, September 4th at 10:00 with the singing of the national anthem.
The deputies will work under an intense schedule: sessions of the Duma are to take place three times per week (on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays), instead of two. However this will only take place during the first two weeks of every month; the last two weeks are reserved for deputies to visit their respective constituents throughout Russia.
