Abstract. In the present article the exclusive competence of Russian Federation is analyzed through a prism of its role in ensuring integrity of the Russian society and state. The author makes a conclusion that fixing of a system of areas of jurisdiction of the Russian Federation proceeds from need of ensuring balance of interests of the federal center and territorial subjects of the Russian Federation which is achievable only when ensuring their mutually beneficial cooperation on the basis of the subsidiarity understood differently than in the western models of the federal state – if there subsidiarity means federal intervention when territorial subjects of the federation are not able to solve independently any problems, then the Russian constitutional model proceeds from the potential of each level of the power in the solution of different tasks facing society, calculated in advance. Here the federal authority does not take a waiting attitude, and actively creates conditions for realization by territorial subjects of the Russian Federation of the administrative potential, encouraging their independence through creation of the federal guarantees providing unity of the legal framework, the system of public authorities economic, political, social, ideological state and public life.

Abstract: the Security and stability of States parties of the European Union is one of the global goals of the law enforcement activities of the European police office (Europol). The achievement of such goals at the present stage is complicated by the growth of the most dangerous forms of crime, such as terrorism, separatism, illegal circulation of weapons and drugs; the lack of a unified platform States, including in the framework of the European Union for a coherent system of legislation, operation of an appropriate mechanism to counter the dangerous trends caused by political instability, armed conflicts, uncontrolled refugee flows, the spread of extremist ideology among young people, a lack of adequate protection of information systems, the limited scope of the Road map. Solutions to these problems are analyzed in this article.

Abstract. Scientific approach to classification of ways of inducement to actare offered in this report. Classification is carried out consistently at four levels using four different criteria. The most difficult cases of applying the classification are specified. As a result, the author developed a system that allows us to operate with correlated concepts of different volumes. The proposed system creates the prerequisite for a more capacious and criminologically complete description of the criminal law of the indicia of a crime associated with a targeted impact on the behavior of another person. It can serve as a guide for the law enforcer assessing the social danger degree of the actions of the inducing and induced person.

Abstract. The article analyzes the circumstances of Donald Trump’s coming to power in the United States and his activities as President in the terms of political process’s staging. Dedicating Trump Phenomenon the author estimates 45th US President election’s results. The author pays special attention to the personality analysis of Donald Trump based on psychological approach; Trump’s characteristics as a politician and leader are identified. The article suggests the author’s vision of the future prospects of Donald Trump as US President.
